This notice covers Virel AI (virellab.com) and Virel Kitchen (kitchen.virellab.com), operated by Adriana Baltac. It also explains the advertising choices shared with Notes on Being Human (notes.virellab.com). Notes has an additional privacy notice covering its Blogger hosting and optional Google Analytics.

Information used to run these sites
Our hosting and delivery providers process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser and device information, and security or error information to deliver and protect the websites. Virel AI and Virel Kitchen are hosted through OpenAI Sites, using Cloudflare infrastructure. See the OpenAI privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy. We rely on legitimate interests in maintaining secure, functioning websites for necessary operational processing.
If you email us, we use your contact details and message to answer your enquiry, keep relevant correspondence and meet any applicable obligations. We do not add you to a mailing list merely because you contact us.
Advertising and cookies
These sites are being set up to use Google AdSense. Ads can appear after Google's approval and activation. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to these and other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable it and its partners to personalise advertising across websites.
Google and participating advertising partners may process IP addresses, device identifiers, browser information, pages visited and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where you agree, personalise them. Your advertising choices
Where required, Google's consent message offers Consent, Do not consent and Manage options. Optional advertising cookies and personalisation require consent where applicable. Some limited advertising, security or fraud-prevention processing may use other legal grounds explained in that message and the providers' notices; you can manage objections there.
You can revisit your decision through the advertising privacy and cookie settings link supplied with the message. Refusing personalised advertising does not prevent you from reading the websites. You can also manage personalised advertising in Google My Ad Center and find participating third-party opt-out tools at YourAdChoices. Browser settings can clear or restrict cookies; clearing them may cause your consent choices to be requested again.
Analytics
Virel AI and Virel Kitchen do not currently have a separately installed Google Analytics tag. Notes on Being Human has optional Google Analytics that remains off until you accept its separate analytics choice. Advertising consent does not replace that choice. Sharing, transfers and retention
Hosting providers and, when enabled, Google and its advertising partners receive information as described above. They may process it outside the UK. Their notices explain applicable safeguards and retention; see also Google's transfer information and retention policy.
We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to deal with an enquiry, maintain relevant records and meet legal obligations. Advertising and hosting data held by providers is retained according to their policies. Consent preferences may be stored to remember your choices.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Some records cannot be linked to you without additional information.
